Cookie Policy

What cookies are.

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, tracking scripts) are covered by this policy even when they're not technically “cookies”.

How we use them.

We split the cookies we set into three groups. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot function without them. For analytics, you can accept or reject via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

Strictly necessary

These are required to operate the website and our service. You cannot disable them; without them the site would not function.

  • cart (Shopify) — preserves your bag-order selections between pages. Session.
  • _secure_session_id (Shopify) — secure session management. Session.
  • _shopify_s / _shopify_y (Shopify) — unique visitor session linking. 30 days.
  • rw_referral_slug (Rewarded Wardrobe) — remembers a stylist referral URL so it's attached to your order. 30 days.
  • rw_qualification_session (Rewarded Wardrobe) — tracks which qualification-modal screens you've acknowledged so you can resume. 7 days.

Analytics (opt-in)

We only set these if you accept. They help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We use Shopify's built-in analytics and Google Analytics 4. We do not run advertising trackers.

  • _shopify_sa_p / _shopify_sa_t (Shopify) — aggregate analytics attribution. 30 minutes.
  • _landing_page (Shopify) — tracks landing pages for analytics. 14 days.
  • _orig_referrer (Shopify) — tracks the referrer that brought you to the site. 14 days.
  • _ga (Google Analytics) — distinguishes unique visitors. 2 years.
  • _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics) — persists session state for GA4. 2 years.

You can opt out of Google Analytics globally by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Marketing (opt-in)

None at launch. We do not run advertising campaigns or retargeting. If we add anything in future, this policy will be updated and we will ask for your consent separately.

Managing cookies.

Change your cookie preferences at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies directly. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break the site; blocking analytics will only stop us measuring usage.
