How the stylist flow works.

You finish an edit with your client. There are pieces they will not wear again, and you want them dealt with cleanly, not lingering in a carrier bag by the door for months. Rewarded Wardrobe is the answer you give them, built to slot into your service however you want to deliver it.

Three ways to work

Facilitate for commission. Bring our bags to the appointment. At the end of the edit, open your stylist link, register the client (name and email, 30 seconds), and we email them straight away with a link to complete their phone, address, bank details, and consent. While that's happening, you sort the pieces into the bags and either book a free collection from their door, take the bags away with you, or arrange collection from your own place. The client gets paid; you earn a commission on every clearout.

Take the items, paid direct. Same appointment flow as above, but you take the items and we pay you directly for the lot. How you arrange things with the client is up to you.

Refer. Send your client to our website and they handle the whole flow themselves: order their bags, pack them, send them in. No facilitation needed, no commission paid. Useful for clients you want to point in the right direction without managing the handoff.

For either of the facilitated modes, you can charge your client a fee on top for arranging the service. That part is between you and them.

How payment works

We decide together what fits your business best: commission, direct, or referral. Terms are agreed up front before you start sending clients in.

Earnings are aggregated and paid monthly. You get an email statement showing every client and order that contributed.

What the client experiences

The client is paid fairly for everything sellable, within two weeks of the bags arriving with us. One total, paid up front rather than waiting on individual sales. How the bags work

Order as many as you want, free, from your stylist portal. They arrive within 3–5 working days. When your stock gets low we send a quiet email so you are never caught short, but the decision to reorder stays with you.

What they experience

A professional extension of your service, start to finish. Your client is guided through each stage by email: a welcome introducing them to us, clear updates as their pieces are sorted and valued, and a final note with their total before the payment lands. Every message is signed off by a real person.
